Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our work consists of consulting and custom digital development delivered against individually agreed scopes. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled in that context.

Before work begins

If you cancel an engagement before we have started work, any initial payment is refundable except for costs already committed on your behalf.

After work has started

Once work is under way, charges apply for the work completed and the resources allocated up to the date of cancellation. Any remaining balance is assessed against what has been delivered.

Items that are not refundable

• Consulting sessions that have already taken place
• Custom development once it has begun
• Third-party costs and licences purchased on your behalf

Recurring and retainer services

Where services are provided on a recurring or retainer basis, the notice period and cancellation terms are those stated in the applicable agreement.

Requesting a review

If you believe your situation warrants a refund, contact us with the details and we will review each request individually and in good faith.
