3. Starting an engagement

Any proposal or estimate we share remains indicative until both sides confirm the scope and commercial terms in writing. Work begins once that confirmation — and any agreed initial payment — is in place.

4. What we ask of you

So that we can deliver effectively, you agree to:

• Provide materials, access and approvals in good time
• Respond to review points without undue delay
• Ensure you hold the rights to any content you supply to us

Delays on your side may move agreed timelines accordingly.

5. Fees and payment

Fees, currency and the payment schedule are those stated in the applicable proposal or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable by their stated due date. We may pause an engagement while an invoice remains overdue.

6. Changes to scope

Requests that fall outside the agreed scope may require a revised quotation and timeline before we proceed.

7. Ownership of work

Ownership and licensing of deliverables are described in our Intellectual Property Rights Policy and the applicable agreement. In short: on full payment you receive the agreed deliverables, while our underlying methods, tools and know-how remain ours.

8. Third-party platforms

Our work often relies on third-party software, platforms and services. Those are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, performance, pricing or security.

9. Confidentiality

Each party will keep confidential the non-public information it receives from the other during an engagement and use it only for the purpose of that engagement.

10. Standard of service and liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Because results depend on many factors beyond our control — your market, your resources, third-party tools and how recommendations are implemented — we do not guarantee any particular commercial, financial or marketing outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in connection with an engagement will not exceed the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Ending an engagement

Either party may end an engagement in line with the applicable agreement. Fees for work properly carried out up to the end date remain payable.

12. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

13. Updates

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published here; continued use of the website or our services means you accept the version in force.
